Yes, we're open all year. Winter (Dec–Mar) is our most magical season. Grand Gyalson is centrally heated; standard rooms have heated bedding and room heaters.
Absolutely. Our Suite Rooms sleep up to 4, and we can connect rooms for groups. Children of all ages are welcome.

Sissu is at 3,120 m — most guests acclimatise within a few hours. We recommend hydrating well, eating light on day one, and consulting a doctor if you have heart/lung conditions.
